Our jewelry collections are hand-crafted and as with any product of this nature, natural wear and tear or accident may result in damage. Should damage occur, please contact us at sales@b1asst.com to discuss a course of action. Repairs may take up to 4 weeks and there may be a fee associated with the repair.
